Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of ShoppedByNOUR, located in The Hague, the Netherlands. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Prices
All prices on our website are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process. ShoppedByNOUR reserves the right to change prices, but orders are always processed at the price that applied at the time of ordering.
3. Ordering & Payment
An order is final once you have received the confirmation email. We accept the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- SEPA bank transfer
All payments are securely processed through our certified payment provider.
4. Shipping
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- International: 3–7 business days
After shipping you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package. Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.
5. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us via WhatsApp before sending a return. After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
6. Authenticity
ShoppedByNOUR guarantees that all products are 100% authentic. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers and official channels. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a product, you can always contact us.
