Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), iDEAL for Dutch customers, and SEPA bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Every payment is processed through Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details — they go directly to Stripe's PCI-certified infrastructure.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment with your order details, total, and delivery address. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Can I pay in installments?
Not at this time. If you'd like to discuss payment options for a higher-value order, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. We aim to respond within a few hours during opening times.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1–3 days to appear in your account.
Are sale or refurbished items returnable?
Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Refurbished pieces are sold as final sale and cannot be returned — please ask us any questions on WhatsApp before ordering.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders to the Netherlands typically arrive within 1–2 business days. EU shipments take 3–5 business days. Same-day handling on weekdays for orders placed before 16:00.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
